As the first courses are served, it will soon become clear why so many discriminating diners fill the room. The menu typically consists of eight to ten appetizers and eight to ten entrees, each element freshly prepared (or picked) by the kitchen staff that morning. Special requests are executed smoothly, although the inventiveness of each dish as prepared is something to be experienced. Some of Kohler’s signature dishes include Crispy Wasabi Halibut, Pecan Chicken Breast with Dijon Mustard Sauce or Braised Short Ribs with Dark Beer and Black Molasses.
